How coaching
is delivered : William's approach to coaching
is to deliver a flexible and customised approach to
match his client’s exact needs. He achieves this
by selecting the required high performance coaching
techniques from a portfolio of tools and models.
He believes that there are four dimensions that are
fundamental to achieving a successful coaching program.
These are to:
Create an open and effective relationship
between the client and the coach.
Focus on what a client does best because then changes
occur more readily.
Discover what a client is truly capable of and look
beyond their perceived limits.
Use a comprehensive contracting and feedback process
that ensures an effective coaching program.
William gets great satisfaction from coaching because
his clients fulfil their potential; they explore new
possibilities and get clarity of purpose; through a
process of self-empowerment, self-awareness and self-development
he is able to deliver immense value to the individual
and the organisation.
William adhere's to the coaching ethics and standards
laid down by the International Coach Federation.
