William utilises the business and creative skills gained from his entrepreneurial success combined with the latest psychological approaches to high performance coaching. His most recent executive role was in the team who took his organisation through an IPO process on the FTSE to raise over $100m in business investment.

A career in entrepreneurial and international environments enables William to search for solutions outside of his client’s perspective by identifying the ‘rules’ that they have put around themselves that are holding them back. He guides and challenges clients to go beyond those limits.

William work with senior executives and their teams, to enable improvements in strategic thinking, leadership, creativity and performance. He has coached in government, financial, technology, media and entertainment organisations to deliver major changes in performance, create new partnerships, build career paths for individuals and transform under performing businesses.

William also works with entrepreneurs, creative professionals and high flyers to bring about transformation in performance to achieve what were previously thought unachievable goals.

He has undergone a personal creative explosion in recent years, having taken up the tenor saxophone and performed live, holding his first fine art photographic exhibition and has writen and published his first book.
